Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose) This Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") establishes fundamental provisions regarding rights, obligations, responsibilities, usage conditions, procedures, etc., between LensN Inc. (hereinafter "Company") operating the website lensn.kr (hereinafter "Service") and its Members. Article 2 (Definitions) 1. "Service" refers to all services provided by the Company, including AI product/solution introductions, AI chatbot consultations, member community functions, etc. 2. "Member" refers to any individual who agrees to these Terms through email or Kakao/Google social login and uses the Service. Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms) 1. These Terms become effective upon posting on the Service screen or through other notification methods. 2. The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable laws. When amendments occur, the Company will notify Members at least 7 days (or 30 days for unfavorable changes) in advance via Service announcements, specifying the effective date and reasons for amendment. Members who disagree with amended Terms may discontinue Service usage and withdraw membership. Article 4 (Membership Registration) 1. Membership registration is completed upon agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, followed by email verification or social login authentication. 2. The Company may reject fraudulent registrations involving stolen identities or false information, or terminate contracts retroactively. Article 5 (Service Provision and Modifications) 1. The Company provides services including AI product/solution introductions and consultations/information provision via AI chatbot. 2. The Company may modify or suspend all or part of its Service based on operational/technical needs, notifying Members in advance. Article 6 (AI Chatbot Service Characteristics and Disclaimer) Responses provided by the AI chatbot within the Service are probabilistic calculations based on AI models, serving only as reference information without guarantees of completeness or accuracy. Members must use these solely as references and independently verify factual circumstances for critical decisions. Article 7 (Member Obligations) Members must not engage in identity theft, illegal acts via the Service, or infringements on the Company’s or third parties’ intellectual property rights. Article 8 (Termination and Usage Restrictions) 1. Members may request withdrawal through Service settings at any time, and the Company will process it without delay as required by law. 2. If a Member violates these Terms, the Company may restrict Service usage or revoke membership rights after prior notice. Article 9 (Liability Exemption and Governing Law) 1. The Company is exempt from liability for Service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or system failures. 2. Any disputes between the Company and Members regarding these Terms shall be governed by South Korean law, with jurisdiction granted to competent courts under the Civil Procedure Act.
