Retention and Use Period of Personal Information The Company will promptly destroy personal information upon member withdrawal. However, if separate retention periods are specified by relevant laws and regulations, the information will be retained for such periods. 4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties The Company does not provide members' personal information to external parties in principle. However, exceptions are made when requests are based on laws or follow lawful procedures by investigative agencies. 5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing and Cross-Border Transfers The Company outsources processing by transmitting inquiries in real-time to AI service providers, such as the Google Gemini API (hosted in the U.S. and other countries where the service provider's servers are located), to generate AI chatbot responses. The data is destroyed without delay after the response generation purpose is achieved. 6. Destruction Process and Method of Personal Information If the purpose of processing personal information, such as member withdrawal, is achieved, the information is immediately destroyed in a non-recoverable manner. 7. User Rights and Exercise Methods Members can, at any time, view and correct their personal information, and may request member withdrawal (deletion of personal information) through the service settings or the contact information below. 8. Security Measures for Personal Information The Company has implemented measures such as one-way encryption of passwords, HTTPS encryption for transmission, access log management, and restricted access to databases. 9. Operation of Cookies The Company uses cookies/tokens to maintain login status. Users may reject them by adjusting their browser settings, but this may limit access to services requiring login. 10.
